Here's exactly what happens when you walk into Urban Smiles for the first time.
Step 1 — Warm welcome (5 min)
Sign in at reception. Fill out a one-page health form — medical conditions, medications, allergies. We offer water, Wi-Fi, and a quiet waiting area.
Step 2 — Full examination (15–20 min)
Dr. Prasanna or Dr. Rini does a complete oral exam. Every tooth, gum pocket, bite, and jaw joint. We take digital X-rays only if clinically needed — never just because.
Step 3 — Honest conversation (10 min)
We walk you through the X-rays on a screen. You see what we see. We explain what's urgent, what can wait, and what doesn't need treatment at all.
If a tooth can be saved with a filling instead of a crown, we'll say so — even though the filling is cheaper.
Step 4 — Written treatment plan (5 min)
Before you leave, you get a printed plan with options, costs, and timelines. Take it home. Get a second opinion. We're not going anywhere.
Step 5 — Cleaning (if scheduled)
Most first visits end with a professional cleaning. Painless, ultrasonic. Takes 20–30 min.

Consultation fee
₹500 for a full first-visit consultation. Deducted in full from the cost of any treatment you decide to do with us.
